8 Gauge Sterling "Spoon End" bangles

These are classic bangles handcrafted out of sterling silver wire.  The ends are hammered into the shape of a spoon.  The body of each bangle is textured by hammering using various surfaces to create a variety of hammering textures so that no two will look exactly the same.  When they are bought in multiples each one will have a different texture.  

  The average gauge for bangles goes from 8, 6, then to 4.  Four is the thickest.  The higher the number the lower the gauge.  After the bangles are crafted each one goes through an intense polishing process.  This not only provides a jeweler's quality shine but also eliminates rough edges and points.  This last point is to be noted because handcrafted bangles are usually not polished using a buffer machine or even polished.  Here at ARMj everything gets polished.
